Norooz, also spelled as Nowruz, is the Persian New Year, which marks the first day of spring and the beginning of the year in the Iranian calendar. The term "Norooz" means "new day" in Persian. Celebrated by various cultures and communities across the Middle East, Central Asia, and parts of the Caucasus, Norooz is a time of renewal, reflecting themes of rebirth and rejuvenation.
